Earlier this fall, Newton Crossing launched construction on an important new residential project. When completed, the three buildings will offer 292 new high-quality apartment rental residences and 8,000 square feet of retail space.
Over the past several weeks, we have excavated and laid the foundations of a two-level garage under two buildings. We have completed the lower-level floor and are working on the walls. In the coming month, you will see the elevator towers take shape. We will finish the third tower this week and complete all the elevator towers in December.
The steel structures for buildings one and two will be erected in early January, and building number three will start shortly after.
We are excited by the progress and grateful for the contributions of the talented construction professionals. At every step of the way, they are working hard to maintain a clean, professional work site.
